Cancellation Fees
Accepted Insurance Companies
Licensed counseling services are typically covered by insurance companies. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if your insurance is not listed above. However, it is your responsibility to determine before your appointment if the services are covered. All fees are due at the time service is received. Accepted forms of payment are check or cash only. You will be charged a missed session fee of $60.00 if you do not contact your counselor/therapist within 24 hours of cancelling your appointment.

- Initial Individual/Family Session: $200.00 (for 50 minute session)
- Ongoing Individual/Family Sessions: $150.00 (for 50 minute session)
- Group Therapy Sessions: $60.00 per person (60-90 minute session)

- Ongoing Individual/Family Sessions: $75.00 (for 50 minute session)
- Group Therapy Sessions: $40.00 per person (60-90 minute session)

- All cancellations less than 24 hours for Individual/Family therapy: $75.00
- All Cancellations less than 24 hours for Group Therapy: $40.00
